Windows 10 updates for version 1803, 1709 and 1703 released
It is almost a week since Windows 10 updates were released and now Microsoft is back. Microsoft has shipped updates to each version of Windows. However, there is a slight change in the type of updates this time. The update for 1803 is a Microcode update i.e. Security update with respect to Spectre vulnerability and the updates for other two is privacy updates.
Windows 10 1803
Windows 10 1803, the latest stable release is getting a microcode update having number KB4100347 which includes additional CPUs for which the spectre vulnerability is fixed. Additional information can be found on the support page of the update. According to Bleepingcomputer.com:
The updates contain only Intel-specific code, which Microsoft agreed a while back to help propagate to users faster than relying on motherboard providers to include the microcode patches as BIOS updates, a process that would have taken months, if not years.

Windows 10 1709
The Fall creators update to Windows 10 has got KB4134660 which Microsoft says provides an improved privacy notification experience on Windows 10 before the upgrade to 1803.
